Liftket UK Ltd is a new subsidiary of LIFTKET Hoffmann GmbH based in Ellesmere Port where we will assemble and test a very competitive range of LIFTKET Electric Chain Hoists, crane trolley units and spare parts to markets in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for our first staff members (with all that can lead to in the future) a hands on

WORKS / SALES Manager

to work internally with occasional client visits. The successful applicant will have an opportunity within a short time to progress to Director level and lead the company into the future.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sales office duties, preparing quotes, obtaining orders for mainly industrial products
  • Develop processes/ systems to assist management and sales of the company
  • Target clients and grow the business
  • Handle purchasing of stock and equipment
  • Outside clients visits as required
  • Providing ad hoc assistance as required
  • Occasional exhibition set-up and attendance + Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Your Profile:

  • Experience in the Lifting Industry with Electric Chain Hoists and controllers
  • Recognised qualifications
  • LEEA Lifting Equipment Engineers Association qualifications
  • Forklift license (desirable, not essential)
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently
  • Work well as part of a team but equally independently
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Fixed core working hours of 09:00 – 17:00, flexibility required
